If your trick-or-treater’s idea of a perfect “trick” is a ride on a roller coaster or a spin on the merry-go-round, she’ll be happy to know that there are plenty of amusement parks doing something special for Halloween. But how do you find a thrilling bash that won’t totally spook your friendly little ghosts and goblins? Here’s how! Read on for our favorite not-so-scary theme park Halloween attractions across the country.

LEGOLANDS’s Brick or Treat – San Diego, Ca

Endless LEGO and loads of sweets in the same amazing place? That's what kids can expect when they spend a night at LEGOLAND California's Brick or Treat event, a not-so-spooky extravaganza that turns the San Diego theme park into a monster bash that'll keep them LEGO-loving long past bedtime. Attractions include a Ghost Cruise adventure, special shows, costume contests, dance parties, LEGO pumpkin patch building, live music, costumed entertainers, and trick-or-treating stations throughout the park and adjacent Sea Life aquarium that'll offer kids specialty items and candy.

Florida-bound? LEGOLAND Orlando has a similar (but not identical) Brick or Treat event every weekend that features trick-or-treating, special performances, and a Halloween fireworks show.
