Well, there are no shortage of mid-winter happenings–there are valentine’s events, super bowl parties, Lunar New Year celebrations, (including a street fair on Solano Ave) a Giants Fan Fest, and a slew of migrating birds.  (Or is that a slough of birds?). Plenty to do if you’ve got the winter blues.  Also, since it is the first weekend of the month, several museums are free to the public, a great opportunity to check out that exhibit with the kids.  Parents who want a night out, will appreciate Movie Night at Destination Art.
