If you love the tasty goodness of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, but prefer the guilt-free feeling that comes along with scooping up a pint of Halo Top instead, then you’ll be very pleased to hear that the Vermont based creamery has come up with their own version of a low-calorie ice cream. Ben & Jerry’s new Moo-phoria ice cream line is here to give you a taste of happiness.
Not only does Halo Top tout itself as the best low-calorie ice cream on the market, but it drives the point home by comparing its stats to ice cream powerhouses, like Ben & Jerry’s and Haagen-Dazs. Now, Ben & Jerry’s has thrown down the gauntlet with their own line of low-calorie ice cream called Moo-phoria. Each flavor in the line is significantly lower in calories than the numbers you’re used to seeing on those colorful pints, though still not quite as low as Halo Top. Moo-phoria pints range from 560 to 640 total, versus the Halo Top pints, which range from 240 and 360.
All the Moo-phoria flavors, which currently include Chocolate Milk and Cookies, Caramel Cookie Fix, and P.B. Dough, are made with organic milk and cream, and are free of any sugar alcohols or sugar substitutes. Moo-phoria is now available in stores as well as at Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops across the country.
