The concept behind enerGEEwhizz kids fitness is to get children to exercise without them even realizing they’re doing so. Through highly imaginative, never-before-seen exercise modules, we keep children entertained, focused and coming back for more. Each program is highly interactive, progressive, and customized to cater to every child’s unique needs and abilities. All sessions are overseen by trained exercise and child development professionals, who will guide and monitor the children through each session.

Our approach to exercise for children is all about the INDIVIDUAL. Families First, Inc.

Families First is a home away from home for parents and caregivers with small children. My little ones took Practically Preschool classes, played in the playspace, had lunch in our snackroom, and then went home to nap. I am happy to see that is still happening everyday here. We have a warm and nurturing community with a playspace that doesn’t close, 2 classrooms, a baby playspace, library, and a snack room with a fridge/microwave/high chairs and toddler seats. We have art, music and story time drop in classes.

Families First’s Practically Preschool is the perfect, affordable bridge to preschool and pre-K for children ages 12 months to 3.5 years. Practically Preschool introduces toddlers and nursery school-age children to their first school experience, and classes are designed using an enriching playgroup approach with STEM activities, arts and crafts, and music at the core. The small class sizes (6-8 maximum) mean kids get individual attention, and the excellent teachers offer a nurturing environment full of guidance, encouragement, and support. FunFit Kids is excited to announce the launch of their flagship location (a 2700 square foot gym!) on the UWS. We’ve provided classes at private schools around the area & look forward to sharing our programs with new families like you.

FunFit is an interactive multi-sport program for ages 1-7 and its main purpose is to help children develop physically, socially & cognitively. FunFit is structured to be age appropriate, encourages participation & focuses on progressive learning through what we call the 3 R’s; Refine, Rehearse & Repeat. We put an emphasis on the child’s individual needs & interests while engaging them in a variety of movement experiences, through play, drills & games.

We teach children the fundamentals of gross motor-function, sport skills, healthy-living, sportsmanship & teamwork. The most important benefit we offer is that children gain confidence & self-esteem.
