Fencing Camp in Brooklyn

Our summer fencing day camps are both a great introduction to the sport of fencing for children who have never fenced before and a way for more experienced children to keep up and improve their skills. They are designed to teach fencing through activities, games, and exercises that develop coordination, flexibility, and focus. Attendees will have lots of fun learning and improving at a great sport!

All camps are taught by Brooklyn Bridge Fencing Club coaches, including Olympic- and World Championship-medal-winning coach and owner Dan Kellner, national-medal-winning coach, NCAA All-American, and Junior National Champion, Henry Kennard, Mitro Valsamis, Under-19 U.S. Foil National Champion (1979, 1980), the Cadet Sabre National Champion(1976, 1977), and the 1983 NCAA Foil Champion for NYU, José Samora, Dominican Republic National Team Member and Central American Games Bronze Medalist, plus other special guests!
