For Educational Family Programs: Angelic Organics

Located 80 miles northwest of Chicago, Angelic Organics was one of the first CSAs in the area when it began selling their vegetables and herbs to households in 1991. Not only do the farmers have an interest in educating and helping food growers, but their educational initiatives extend to the general public.

The Angelic Organics Learning Center is where families connect with the farm. Register for anything from an introduction to cheese making to composting to adventures with the animals. Programs with the animals range from a simple tour to a day camp focused on the chores required on a farm.
