Pregnancy came with some sweet benefits. We’re talking justifiable Dairy Queen splurges and late-night leftover pizza binges. Now you’re ready to pretend it never happened, but between naps, diaper changes and mealtimes, when do you fit in fitness? When you can bring baby with you, that’s when. Click through our album to find six group exercise classes that welcome your child, too.

For Postnatal Shape-Ups: Active Moms Club

With several marathons, triathlons and half ironman triathlons under her svelt belt, coach — and mom to young twins — Cassandra Hawkinson sets a high-octane tone. Mommy and baby both get tummy time at her popular six-week From the Core: Postnatal Recovery sessions, which restart throughout the year. The class begins with low-impact exercises like hip bridges, pelvic tilts, heel slides and modified push-ups then increases intensity to jump-start those poor used-and-abused abs, back and pelvic floor areas. Small classes mean you can’t hide, so bring your stroller-bound baby and kick-butt attitude.

Six-week session (12 classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays): $275 at i.d. gym, 2727 N. Lincoln Ave. Call 773-337-9152 or go to activemomsclub.com.
