For Boot Camp…Baby & Me Boot Camp
Baby & Me Boot Camp is a baby friendly exercise class that is definitely a favorite of ours here at RedTri! Started by DC mom and longtime personal trainer, Karen Ringo. The class is a total body workout that incorporates resistance bands, body weight resistance, core work and interval training. The class vibe is so baby friendly that if your little wants to roam, Karen may pick them up and continue on with instruction. If your little one is older then bring a mat and let them join in on the fun! Classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9am in the Edgewood Arts Center in Brookland. The first class is complimentary, $15 for a drop-in, and $125 for a 10-class pass.
