Tis the season to light things up and celebrate! If seeing light displays had your little one fascinated last year, take it a step further this year with this list of local tree lightings, menorah lightings, and even a monument lighting.

Leesburg Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting

The community of Leesburg comes together to kick off the holiday season with a tree and Menorah lighting ceremony that features performances from local elementary and high schools, the Loudoun Chorale, and a holiday message from the town's mayor. The lighting will be followed by a sing along of seasonal favorites (remember the words to Jingle Bells?). Local merchants and businesses will keep their doors open extra-late in order to help host the holiday cheer.
