Rebecca Scritchfield, MA, RD, HFS, Dietician and Author
With nearly a decade of behavioral counseling (plus 15 marathons!) under her belt, this Chevy Chase dietician is sharing her nutrition know-how with the masses; Rebecca's first book, "Body Kindness," comes out at the end of the month. But what the Chevy Chase resident is most proud of? Being able to instill body confidence into her two daughters (both under 4 years old!). "One of my favorite books to read to them is 'I Like Myself.'" "It's never too early to teach kids to appreciate their bodies," she says.
Quote her! "Plan a couples date and a family date once a month. Both are equally important."
