Wizarding fans can rejoice because this week the new Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald trailer was released and it’s simply magical. The Fantastics Beasts sequel pretty much picks up where the initial film ends, and delves deeper into uber-villain Gillert Grindelwald and his role in the wizarding world.
We are transported from America to Paris as protagonist Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne) joins up with a very young Dumbledore (oh hello there, Jude Law) to take on the nefarious wizard gone bad.
In addition to seeing some familiar faces, such as Tina, Queenie and Jacob, we’re also getting a sneak peak into some new characters. Zoë Kravitz will be portraying Leta Lestrange (uh oh, nothing ever comes good from a Lestrange) and we’ll get to see a lot more of Johnny Depp as Grindelwald. We’ll miss you, Colin Farrell!
While we don’t know the entire plot line, it’s apparent we will get to travel to Hogwarts (ahem, notice it was in the pre-robe days. We love that suit, Jude!), see some seriously cool wand magic and ultimately witness a duel go down between Scamander and Grindelwald.

The upcoming film has us excited and wishing we knew a spell to speed up time. You can watch the new movie on November 16.
