Produce Pick: Strawberries

While it's easy to hit the freezer aisle of the grocery store and pick up a box of popsicles, Melissa of My Whole Food Life is going to let you in on a little secret. These berry popsicles are just as easy to make as they are to buy. Plus, the homemade pops won't include any artificial dyes or processed sugars. Melissa dished to us, "We look forward to berry season all year. Because I like to purchase fruits and vegetable in season, I freeze some of what I buy.  My girls love popsicles, so I make these Strawberry Chia Popsicles.  There is no added sugar and I include the chia seeds to give them a healthy dose of fiber and healthy fats."
