Telling your mom that she’s going to be a grandma is an exciting moment — imagine if every time you broke the news it was like the first time, over and over. That’s what mama-to-be Christine Stone captures on video when she tells her 77-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer’s, that she is expecting her first child.

“You know I’m having a baby,” Stone asks her mother on the video.

“No! Really?” her mother replies.

Stone says she has shared the exciting news with her mom many times — sometimes several times in a single visit — and each time it’s the same.

“I’ve shared the news countless times ― too many to count,” Stone told The Huffington Post. “It is sad yet heartwarming to see my mom’s reaction every time. I cannot wait for her to meet our daughter when she arrives in October, obviously.”

After the video was watched more than 11 million times on YouTube, Stone made a subsequent video asking her mom: “Mom, did you know you’re famous?”

“What?”

“I made a video of you, and everybody likes your video,” Stone says. “It’s a video of you being happy, because I’m having a baby.”

“What?” her mom exclaims. “Oh, that’s good, Christine.”
