This week’s tip: Play a Game That Makes You Happy

Games can provide the “exhilarating rewards, stimulating challenges, and epic victories that are so often lacking in the real world,” writes visionary game designer Jane McGonigal in her book Reality is Broken.  Games can also build problem solving skills, and spur collaboration — two terrific happiness habits.  Today spend 20 minutes playing online, on a game box, or with a good old-fashioned board game.
