Are you a magic-loving muggle in search of a new home? If you can afford the $1.3 million price tag (and you want to move to England), Harry Potter’s home is now on the market. According to a story in the UK’s Telegraph, the six-bedroom house is the same home that served as Godric’s Hollow, the birthplace of Harry, where his parents lived and were killed by Voldemort.

In real life, the house, which was built in the 14th century, was owned for nearly 300 years by the de Vere family, the richest family in England (besides the king) during medieval times. Edward de Vere is a writer/playwright whom many believe to be the real author behind many of William Shakespeare’s works. King Henry VIII was said to have visited the home at least once.

According to the listing by the UK real estate company Carter Jonas, the property is divided into two wings and has a reception hall, drawing room, sitting room, dining room and two kitchens as well as two gardens, an outdoor dining area, lawn and stable.

In case you were wondering, Harry’s other home — the plainer-looking one known as “No 4, Privet Drive” — went up for sale in 2016.
