Are you ready to celebrate the holidays at Walt Disney World? Starting Nov. 8 park-goers can get their fill of magic by taking in the sights and sounds of the holidays.

Walt Disney World and all Disney Parks are already decked out with gorgeous holiday decor and dishing up sweet treats for the season. We’ve got a list of all the amazing new festive experiences you won’t want to miss this year at the House of Mouse in Orlando, Florida!

Magic Kingdom Park

 

1. Don't miss Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, a specially ticketed, limited-attendance event on select nights starting Nov. 8.

2. The Holiday Wishes fireworks will be performed every night, along with performances of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show.

3. Park-goers will be treated to complimentary cookies and cocoa as they get to meet characters in holiday garb and take in the gorgeous Cinderella Castle. (Check out disneyworld.com/christmasparty for more info about this special event.)

 

Epcot

1. Head to Holiday Kitchens to get your taste of seasonal favorites from around the world.

2. Visit the World Showcase Pavilions and check out the sights and sounds of special entertainment reflecting the heritage of Epcot's 11 nations.

3. Families will love Chip & Dale’s Christmas Tree Spree scavenger hunt, where guests can purchase a map and stickers from select merchandise locations and travel around World Showcase looking for Chip and Dale with their ornaments. Turn in your completed maps for a fun surprise, courtesy of Chip and Dale. Maps are available for $6.99 each (plus tax).

4. IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, the nightly fireworks performance will feature an additional holiday finale. This will be one of your last chances to catch this show before it ends its 20-year run.

5. The Candlelight Processional returns, in which the Christmas story is told by a celebrity narrator with a 50-piece orchestra and choir. Performances will run three times each night from Nov. 22–Dec. 30.

Disney's Hollywood Studios

 

1. Visit the new Toy Story Land that boasts all kinds of seasonal magic, such as holiday songs on the Alien Swirling Saucers.

2. Famed Disney characters like Mickey, Minnie and Olaf return this year for Sunset Seasons Greetings. Laser effects and snow will transform the Hollywood Tower Hotel into scenes of the season.

3. Come nighttime, check out the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!, a performance that combines projections, fireworks, special effects and music like you've never seen before.

4. Don't miss Santa at the Once Upon a Time shop from Nov.10–Dec. 24 and Santa Goofy starting Dec. 25.

 

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

1. Diwali, the holiday Festival of Lights in India will be included in this year's new show, UP! A Great Bird Adventure. Beginning Nov. 8, guests will join Russell and Dug from Disney•Pixar’s Up as they discover exotic birds.

 

Disney Springs

 

1. The holidays at Disney Springs runs from Nov.8–Jan. 5 and guests won't want to miss the Christmas Tree Trail, with custom-decorated holiday trees, each dedicated to a popular Disney theme with characters like Mary Poppins, Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

2. Santa Claus is taking lists at from Santa’s Chalet. Santa Goofy takes over from Dec. 25-Dec. 31.

3. Stitch’s Holiday Gift Hunt will be tons of fun for the kiddos where they can help find where Experiment 626 is hiding.

 

 

Holiday Fun at Resort Hotels

1. You won't want to miss the huge gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort you'll see an edible spinning carousel and spy a holiday village with a miniature train at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.

2. The lobbies of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge are home to huge Christmas trees.

3. Check out all the special holidays menus at restaurants throughout Walt Disney World. For holiday dining information and reservations, guests can call (407) WDW-DINE.

New Year's Eve at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel

1. Celebrate the New Year and pick from two New Year’s Eve celebrations at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Both the Pixar Party: A New Year’s Eve Celebration and Disney Countdown to Midnight will have tons of music, food and entertainment and a prime view of the Magic Kingdom New Year's Even fireworks. There's also an option to purchase VIP access to the Ink and Paint Club.
