Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic

Method
1. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.

2. Mix honey, soy sauce, water, vinegar and garlic in a bowl.

3. Place chicken breasts in crock pot.

4. Pour sauce over chicken.

5. Cook on high for 4 hours.
