Dolls for All

Sisters and business partners Katie Jarvis and Kristen Jarvis Johnson were frustrated by a gap in the toy market, namely the lack of a cool 18” action doll for boys, so they launched a Kickstarter campaign to help bridge that gap and bring Boy Story to life. With an emphasis on teaching diversity and promoting adventure and caring to kids of all genders, Boy Story action dolls were created to help break down the barriers of the one-sided doll market (read: dolls aimed only at girls). The campaign raised $28,456 within a month and pre-orders for the high-quality action dolls, companion books, and accessories are available now at boystory.com.
