LEGO teams up with the Swedish car gurus to create epic construction toys that put other LEGO technic sets to shame. So you say you want your master builder to get in some serious tech-time learning too? Well, now LEGO has a way to combine the two—that is building and learning about technology. The LEGO Technic Volvo Concept Wheel Loader ZEUX set is absolutely everything your STEM-loving kiddo wants and so much more!

This LEGO-Volvo CE collab started with one goal. The two superstars, in their own fields, wanted to create construction machines of the future. And that’s exactly what they did. Yep. The LEGO Technic Volvo Concept Wheel Loader ZEUX set, an autonomous construction machine, was born.

As the product collaboration got underway, the creative team brought their genius ideas to a focus group. Oh, but this was not your average focus group of middle-aged moms and dads. Nope. It was filled with children. The kid-created feedback led the team to two seriously imaginative features—an adjustable camera “Eye” that’s mounted on the ZEUX’s roof and a scout drone.

With authenticity (to what the IRL construction vehicle version would look and work like) in mind, the ZEUX set has plenty of perks. Along with the “Eye” function and drone, the vehicle comes with a working boom and bucket and articulated four-wheel steering.
