She’s perfected the two minute shower. She settles for drinking coffee gone cold. She sits in LA traffic to chauffeur the kids to dance and soccer practice. She breaks up 1,547  arguments between siblings each day. She makes mountains of laundry disappear in a flash. She picks up the dog’s poop and the baby’s poop. She juggles it all and never drops a ball. She is “mom.” Supermom. So this Mother’s Day, treat the hero in your house to a celebration she’ll cherish. Whether she loves cake, cocktails, massages, tea parties or gardening, here are some fun local activities to honor moms.

Create a Living Plant Arrangement at Rolling Greens
Flowers are a wildly popular gift for Mother’s Day, but make a lasting impression by gifting mom with a plant arrangement that will live on as a constant reminder of your love and appreciation, long after the rose petals fall. Rolling Greens has locations in Hollywood and Culver City, both of which feature the Rolling Greens Arrangement Bar –where customers and “baristas” team up to create a one-of-a-kind, amazing living plant arrangement by fashioning materials including polished river stones, recycled glass and driftwood alongside ferns, azaleas, succulents, orchids and more. Fashion an arrangement with the kids or take mom along so she can give her two cents on the design process and make it a family affair!
