Day of Events

Have some time on Feb. 14? Here are a few fun ideas for those in search of something on Valentine's Day itself.

Valentine's Day is all about romantic dinners. This year you can take your little sweetheart to share a kid-friendly Italian dinner complete with music at Miceli's.

Or, try a whimsical trip to view one of the most extensive collections of bunny artifacts available while you celebrate the 25th Annual Bunny Museum party: because nothing says honey bunny like tons and tons of bunnies.

The Pablove Foundation Valentine's Day Event

In search of an all-inclusive family event? The Pablove Foundation's True Pablove offers incredible arts and crafts, treats, auctions, guest DJs, family portraits and lots of other Valentine's Day fun to benefit children living with cancer.

Kid's Stories

Nothing says "I love you" like a good story session and this year, the choices are seemingly endless. Cozy up with a good book at your choice of story hours this year in celebration of love day.

The Los Angeles Public Library has options for toddlers and preschoolers so you can get your snuggle on and hear a cute story or two.

LACMA has an all-ages story time where you can cozy up with a few books before taking in some of the art for a perfect Valentine's day date.

Children's Book World has a "Who Do You Love" poetry slam with author Hope Anita Smith so you can brush up on your poetry for the holiday!

Books and Cookies has a musical story time (and presumably cookies) for a sweet treat with some mood music.

Descanso Gardens Little Owl's Nest has a nature-themed story time so you can show some love to mother-nature.

The Beverly Hill Public Library has their early words story time for the very little, allowing for a fun day trip that's still wrapped up in time for nap schedules.
