Dig into the Halloween spirit with this Family-friendly sleepover that will invite you to follow in the shadowy footsteps of the extinct dire wolves to learn about what used to howl in the night during the Ice Age. Put on a costume and prowl through the world-famous La Brea Tar Pits and learn to stalk prey like a Saber toothed Cat. Activities will include: make your own “tar,” Trick or Treat stations, flashlight tour of the Tar Pits, and Micro Fossil “candy” sorting. Once the moon has risen, tuck in for the night under the specter of our skeletons. Costumes are encouraged.
