Spring break is right around the corner and it’s the perfect opportunity to keep learning outside a classroom, and together as a family. LA is overflowing with activities where those little minds and bodies can work hard, make new connections and—most importantly—have fun. Whether at a new museum exhibit or a crazy parkour class, here are the coolest ways to get out there and enjoy the week “off” with your babes.
Soar to New Heights
No recess runarounds? Here's a great way to get your ya-yas out, and learn something new. The Warehouse offers classes in aerial dance, tumbling, trampoline, dance and acting as a way to offer cross-training for young athletes and artists of all stripes. Aerial is offered for kids 7 & up, but the Aerial Warehouse also offers Aerial Dance Minis as an introduction to dance and aerials and Acro Play that incorporates cirque and parkour apparatus for lil' movers ages 5-7. Aerial Warehouse offers camps and drop in classes. Check their website for more details.
