“Sorry, You’re too little”. Sound familiar? Well, now your toddler can be just the right size thanks to these special toddler-only programs and activities. Tots can explore some of the biggest places around NYC that cater to the smallest kids like the Met, LEGOLAND and the New York Hall of Science, during a safe time reserved just for them. With age-appropriate stories, games, music, art and more, you can say “yes” to your energetic tot and check out these ten terrific drop-in times just for your toddler VIP.

Appreciate Art with Your Wee Picasso

Go beyond coloring books and crayons during Start with Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where tots ages 3 to 6 can learn about different works of art through stories, sketching, singing and other gallery activities. Plus, on the first Thursday of every month, the Met adds music to the mix so tots can look, move, and sing while exploring art and music together in the galleries. Bonus: The Saturday program occurs at the same time as Art Trek for older siblings age 7-11 years. Admission: Children 12 and under are free with adult admission of $25.

Plus, check out their other toddler programs like Art Play (Wed., 10:30 a.m.- 12 p.m.) and Toddler Storytime (Mon.-Fri., 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m.) offered for families with artistic tots.
