Do you love NYC during the holidays? Take advantage of all the carolers, decorations, baking classes and so much more by checking off a few of the following activities in our guide to festive fun.

Visit The Grinch's Holiday Workshop

Inspired by Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, the Children's Museum of Manhattan's festive interactive Grinch experience is filled with fun. Go skating in your socks on a special "ice" rink, craft ornaments and more, dream up your own Seussian words, listen to a storytime and take the Grinch's dog Max on a sleigh ride.

Go: Children's Museum of Manhattan, 212 West 83rd St.; Tues.-Fri., 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat., 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Sun., 10 a.m.-5 p.m. through Dec. 31, 2013.
