HALLOWEEN IN SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER AT LUNA PARK!   Halloween Harvest is a Fall Festival with Free, Family-Friendly, Fun-Filled Activities and Events  Every Weekend from September 26 thru November 1     New York, NY (September 8, 2015) – From story-telling, pumpkin-picking, painting and caricature artists, to costume parade for dogs, Costume Karaoke and much much more, it’s treats not tricks every weekend beginning Saturday, September 26th thru Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Luna Park's Halloween Harvest  (www.lunaparknyc.com). The boardwalk will be decorated with Halloween and autumn finery plus all the thrilling rides and fabulous food vendors will be open for business as usual during fall weekends. Along with face painting, and costumes parades, other free and fun things to do include a booth for airbrush tattoos, magicians strolling along the boardwalk, balloon artists, hair braiders, jugglers and face painters,  Monster Mash stage for dancing, Creepy Crawly Crafts and Camp Luna for stories and s'mores. Mark you calendars for these special Halloween Harvest events: Saturday, September 26 -Grandma's Pumpkin Patch Opens - Pick out a pumpkin or two for $5 each and decorate the gourds at the pumpkin painting station.  Guess the Weight of Jack the Giant Pumpkin (for a chance to win up to $1,000 in prizes) and pumpkin carving competitions. Sunday, October 11 - Dog Parade and Costume Contest - Participants can bring their dogs in costume and stroll the catwalk. Winning pooch gets a bag of goodies and his or her human gets $100 in prizes. Saturday, October 24 - Magician Joe Holiday - Three 30 minute comedy magic shows with both children and parents Saturday, October 31 - King Henry Magician Clown - Three 30 minute comedy magic shows featuring close-up magic and larger illusions "Halloween Harvest is going to be spectacular this fall," said Alberto Zamperla, President of Zamperla Group and operator of Luna Park. Head to Coney Island to celebrate the Halloween season. Your kiddos can make creepy crawly crafts, snack on s’mores while listening to stories, dance at the Monster Mash or perform some Kookly Spooky Karaoke.
