Family Yoga provides playful time for parents, grandparents and caregivers to share in the mindful practice of yoga and meditation with the little ones in their lives. We do this through singing sun salutations, practicing partner & group poses, building breath & body awareness, and playing silly & fun family yoga games. Through these practices, we will begin to teach ourselves and our children how to connect to the present moment and introduce tools that may help reduce family anxieties. Our hope is that Family Yoga will give you the foundation to build a home practice that you can do with your little ones at anytime, in any space.
