With Spring Break, Passover and Easter all happening this week, there’s lots of excitement in the air for the kiddos and luckily lots of great events on tap to match. Start the weekend off with a stress-relieving and fun yoga class for the whole family on Friday night. On Saturday, hunt for Easter eggs at a Clifford story time or make a one-of-a-kind super hero cape at The Children’s Museum of the Arts. On Sunday, you can celebrate Passover with an awesome Freedom Art Jam or introduce your kids to the world of jazz music. Freedom Art Jam
The Baby Loves Disco DJs are headed to The Jewish Museum for an awesome art and dance party for Passover. Family Friendly Yoga and Veggie Night
Gather the whole family for a yoga class. You can sweat away the week’s stresses while your kids have fun discovering new poses. Jazz for Kids
Introduce your kiddo to jazz music with this event put on by Amy Cervini. Kids will get to play percussion instruments, learn about the genre and listen to kid-friendly jazz tunes during this interactive afternoon at 55 Bar. There are free snacks too! Make a Super Hero Cape
Zoom into the Children’s Museum of the Arts today and your kid can make her very own super hero cape! Clifford’s Egg Hunt
Clifford’s Egg Hunt is a BIG RED annual tradition at The Scholastic Store that your little one is sure to love. Stop by in the afternoon to catch a reading of Clifford’s First Easter – it’s happening every hour on the hour from noon til 4:00 pm. Then kids can hunt for eggs hidden throughout the store and indulge in treats and be sure to bring your camera so you can snap a few photos of them with Clifford. Sat., 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Soho. Meet Peter Rabbit
Beatrix Potter’s favorite rabbit Peter is making a special appearance at Brooklyn Children’s Museum.
