It’s the first weekend in October, and that means, the countdown to Halloween is on! It also means opening weekend for LOTS of fun seasonal activities. Head to Decker Farm to pick out a pumpkin and go on a hayride, try out some of your costume ideas at Boo at Zoo or put on a silly get up and march in the Ragamuffin Parade. Not ready for pumpkin festivities yet? Take your tiny scientists to the Makers Faire or bring the kiddies AND your furry four legged family member to the park for the annual My Dog Loves Central Park event. Shababa Kids in the Kitchen
