1. Fit4Mom

The When and Where: Riverside Blvd. (63rd and West End Ave.) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. Carl Schurz Park (86th St. & East End Ave.) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.

Best For: Moms of all fitness levels looking for a complete hour, full-body workout with baby in tow.

Get Started: $25 for drop-in classes, $190/10-pack, or $125 unlimited monthly access.

2. Movin’ Mamas NYC

The When and Where: Central Park on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and Fridays at 1:30 p.m.

Best For: Moms looking for personalized attention – classes are limited to just eight participants, and are based on a combo of Pilates and cardio.

The When and Where: Prospect Park (11th St. entrance at Prospect Park West) on Mondays at 10:15 a.m.

The When and Where: Meets in McCarren Park, Wednesdays or Fridays at 10:15 a.m.

Best For: Pregnant and postnatal moms (and their babies) alike can participate in STROLLFIT, which includes cardio drills, strength training, stretching and ab exercises.

Get Started: Your first class is free, then you’ll pay $150/8-pack or $119 for a monthly contract.

5. Training Wheels Stroller Fitness

The When and Where: Fort Hamilton High School Field (8301 Shore Rd., Bay Ridge) on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and Tuesdays at 11 a.m.

Best For: Moms looking for a low-impact workout that will ease them back into exercise post-baby.

6. Mind Over Matter

The When and Where: Meets in Battery Park City, Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 3 p.m.

Best For: Moms looking for a full-body workout that incorporates cardio (including running and jogging), strength training and resistance exercises.

Move it Momma

7. Move it Momma

The When and Where: Prospect Park’s Long Meadow. While Chana, who runs Move It Momma, is currently on maternity leave, you can check the site later this spring to find out when classes are picking back up.

Best For: Those looking to focus on strength training will especially appreciate Chana’s approach, which incorporates elements of Pilates, kickboxing, cardio-sculpt and more. Newborns through toddlers are welcome, with classes scheduled around frequent baby nap times, so they can (hopefully) peacefully snooze as you feel the burn.

8. Strollercize

The When and Where: Central Park on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:25 a.m.; Thursdays at 10:10 a.m., and Saturdays at 9:55 a.m. Carl Shurz Park on Tuesdays at 10:25 a.m.

Best For: Moms looking to put some serious work into getting their abs back.
