The When and Where: Riverside Blvd. (63rd and West End Ave.) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. Carl Schurz Park (86th St. & East End Ave.) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
Best For: Moms of all fitness levels looking for a complete hour, full-body workout with baby in tow.

The When and Where: Central Park on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and Fridays at 1:30 p.m.
Best For: Moms looking for personalized attention – classes are limited to just eight participants, and are based on a combo of Pilates and cardio.

The When and Where: Prospect Park’s Long Meadow. While Chana, who runs Move It Momma, is currently on maternity leave, you can check the site later this spring to find out when classes are picking back up.
Best For: Those looking to focus on strength training will especially appreciate Chana’s approach, which incorporates elements of Pilates, kickboxing, cardio-sculpt and more. Newborns through toddlers are welcome, with classes scheduled around frequent baby nap times, so they can (hopefully) peacefully snooze as you feel the burn.
