It’s Reigning Cool Dads in Portland

Portland is home to some very cool dads. One part hero and two parts role model, our cool dads are an impressive array of men living, working and raising their kids in this fair city. So what makes these guys cool? They love their partners, successfully maintain a work/life balance, and they bring their A-game to their jobs. Read on to discover cool dads who make our city more awesome.

Close your eyes and think of Portland. Now think of a Dad in Portland. Now think of a Portland Dad who experiments, develops and brews craft beer for a living and voila – you’ve imagined Ben! He is a self-proclaimed mad scientist of ale and lager fermentation and also dad to a just turned seven-year-old daughter. When he’s not helping to keep Portland beered, Ben and his daughter love to ski, bike, play baseball and enjoy the great outdoors. Ben’s goals for the year are to stay active, keep learning about craft beer and to smile as much as possible. Keeping it simple – that’s real innovation.
