In Guatemala, Worry Dolls were created many generations ago as a remedy for worrying. Learn about the tradition and magic of worry dolls and then make your own tiny doll with the team from Keep Oregon Well.
Keep Oregon Well is a public advocacy campaign designed to reduce stigma surrounding mental and behavioral health, build a trauma-informed community, and give people the opportunity to learn more about mental health and stand with those who may be struggling with theirs.
