Take a Trip to The Enchanted Toyshop!
You don’t want to miss The Enchanted Toyshop by John Clifford, and, with the PSU Orchestra, the world premiere of Gift Box by Anne Mueller.The Enchanted Toyshop is TPB’s signature showpiece, an enduring favorite. The magic begins when two children are accidentally locked all night in a toyshop, and Pinocchio reigns over a parade of playful toys that come to life to entertain the guests. Gift Box, will be performed by pre-professionals and advanced students, and accompanied by the Portland State University Orchestra, under the direction of Ken Selden. Fri., Sat., & Sun. Watch the My Macy’s Holiday Parade
Come kick off the holiday season with the 29th Annual My Macy’s Holiday Parade. This year’s parade features 25 inflatable floats, local middle and high school marching bands, nearly 650 costumed characters and community drill teams. Santa will dash in on his reindeer-led sleigh and head, directly to his holiday post at Santaland® on Level A at Macy’s Downtown Portland. Visiting hours begin at 11:00 am. Fri. Event Details.

Experience Christmas in the Garden
Christmas in the Garden is an award-winning event featuring ice skating, a traditional German Christmas Market and light display in the charming Rediscovery Forest. Upon arrival, you will enter the Garden and board the Holiday Express, where you will be whisked to the beautifully decorated Rediscovery Forest where you can, ice skate with your family, shop with artisan vendors at a traditional German Christmas Market, walk through 500,000+ Christmas lights, sip gluhwein and other holiday beverages, listen to festive music & carolers, warm up next to fire pits, and, of course, take photos with Santa! Raise Your Voice at the Santa Sing-Along
Santa is touching down at Broadway Rose to celebrate the merriest season with a lively sing-along, storytelling, and a special gift for each child! Hosted by the Broadway Rose Theatre Guild, this festive event is a jolly opportunity to spend time with a good little boy or girl in your life. Together you’ll enjoy singing favorite holiday carols, led by Broadway Rose performers with live accompaniment, and a special story reading by old St. Nick himself!
