the scoop:

March in the 89th Annual May Fête parade. Kids can march in a costume related to the theme–books are hidden treasures–on their bikes, trikes, scooters, skates and anything else with wheels (non motorized) or come with your four-legged friends. In keeping with the theme, there will be a Reading and Literacy Fair on Lytton Plaza from 9:00 – 11:00 am featuring great books, literacy groups, our local library and friends groups. Youth groups, clubs, troops, schools, or organizations may participate in this Palo Alto tradition. After the parade, hang out at the PiE Fair, sponsored by Partners in Education. Enjoy food, music, and games from 10:00 – 1:00 pm at Addison School
