The arrival of fall means one thing to our kids: it’s time to score a Halloween costume. Despite our kids’ excitement, dealing with those pop-up warehouse Halloween shops can be a total nightmare (and even more so with a stroller in-tow). To help make your costume shopping a breeze, we’ve come up with a great list of Halloween costume-hunting alternatives in the Bay Area (think: thrift stores, craft stores and consignment shops) that’ll give your kid the coolest costume on the block.
