Forget hand weights—all you need to participate in these popular workouts is a stroller and a sturdy pair of running shoes. Strollfit is Baby Boot Camp’s signature class—a 60-minute workout with your baby (or babies) on wheels, featuring strength training exercises, stretching and the killer ab assault. Yoginis with little ones should try Strollga, where strollers sub in for blocks and belts.
