San Francisco Kids Weekend Events: June 18-19

Goodness, it might even heat up in the Bay one of these summer days, but don’t pack up your fleece just yet. Do pack a picnic for the Stern Grove Festival, starting this weekend with a whole summer’s worth of music and kids’ crafts. Beat the “heat” at the Castro for a showing of “The Muppets Take Manhattan.” At the Green Kids Conference, kids learn about helping and healing the environment. Visit vendors and booths for the latest developments and opportunities. We’re knee-deep in fun over here so put on your waders. And don’t forget Father’s Day is next Sunday! We also have some special events he won’t forget.
