Tiburon Boulevard / Paradise Drive

Tiburon, CA 94920

Want to escape reality for a bit?  Put the kids in the car and head over to Tiburon’s beautiful Shoreline Park and revel in the quarter-mile of manicured waterfront grass, convenient benches, and meandering walking and bike paths that invite the public for strolls along the waterfront. The view alone will leave you relaxed and in high spirits! There’s so much going on in this park, from sailboat races and live music to artists painting  the bay and the annual antique car show, that you’re bound to find something to enchant everyone in the family. Catch a ferry to Angel Island and enjoy a beautiful bike ride with long-legged kids, or simply spread out a blanket with short-legged toddlers and take in the action in the park and the fantastic views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate, and boats on the bay!  Beware though – it can be VERY busy on a clear day.  For little train enthusiasts, you can check out the Historical Railroad & Ferry Depot Museum (open Wed., Sat., and Sun. 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.) that captures Tiburon’s rich railroad and maritime history.  So go on, go fly a kite, ride a bike, or bask in the sights.  This park is quite simply a breath of fresh air!
