Lionel Bart's "Oliver!" is the musical version of Charles Dickens' classic "Oliver Twist," which tells the tale of a misguided orphan boy in 19th century London. This musical masterpiece features some of the most beautiful and rousing melodies ever written for the stage including “Consider Yourself” and the haunting “As Long As He Needs Me.” The cast includes Kelly Brandeburg, Harry J. Duke, Zachary Hasbany, Tim Setzer, Peter Warden and students of Spreckels Theatre Company's "Youth In Arts" program, an intensive theater arts program for aspiring young actors. This main stage production is presented with the new Paradyne projection system combining still images and animations to create multiple backdrop effects.
