The South Valley Dance Arts (SVDA) is celebrateing the wonder of the season with its beloved production of The Nutcracker, a South Valley holiday tradition for over a decade. A wonderful ballet for the entire family, The Nutcracker is the perfect way to introduce young children to the power and beauty of classical dance. Tchaikovsky’s magical score, fantastic scenery and vibrantly theatrical staging combine to create one of the most visually stunning productions of The Nutcracker. Times: Dec. 2nd at 7 p.m., Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., Dec. 9 at 7 p.m., Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
