This annual neighborhood event is a must-see and do for families on the West side of Seattle. This is the only 4th of July parade in West Seattle, but it’s not the classic “floats and marching bands” type of parade; hundreds of kids and their families come from all over to walk and ride (bicycles, scooters, strollers, wagons… you name it) the route through residential streets in North Admiral. The parade ends at Hamilton Viewpoint Park where old-fashioned games, food and festivities await; weather permitting.
No preregistration is required – just show up, and everybody gets to be in it!
Note: The parade will start at 44th Ave. S.W. and Sunset Ave. S.W. and travel to Hamilton Viewpoint Park.
