Despi Delite Bakery
If you’ve got a hankering for a melt-in-your-mouth doughnut, Despi doughnuts rival those of larger chain shops in the area and there’s a good reason why. You won’t find a larger maple bar (with or without bacon) anywhere and the apple fritters are not only nice and crispy on the outside, but soft and squishy on the inside. In addition to the large selection of doughnuts, you’ll also find delicious cream-filled pastries, tarts and pies. But the most unique item on the menu is the ube-filled doughnut. At first glance the doughnut appears to be stuffed with a sickening sweet purple-hued frosting, but it isn’t. It’s actually a ube custard and a very tasty treat!
