Meet Kristina, Red Tricycle’s Seattle Editor
You may know her as the super mom who populates the Seattle family events calendar with amazing events and writes your go-to weekend events roundups. Or, perhaps you’ve seen her on Q13 dishing about the latest in Halloween safety for kids or fun summer toys. We know her as one of the nicest and most organized (and in-the-know) mamas we’ve ever met. Say hello to Kristina Moy, Red Tricycle’s newest (and first ever) Seattle editor.
Kristina has worked in broadcast media as a public relations and media relations specialist for more than 15 years. During her career, she has developed and implemented highly successful PR and marketing campaigns for companies such as KIRO Television, The Washington Traffic Safety Commission, Feld Entertainment, and Feld Motor Sports as well as produced several large-scale television events and community fundraisers. Kristina holds a BA degree from the University of Washington in Speech Communication and Anthropology and has been nominated for two Northwest Regional EMMY Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Kristina is a Northwest native and mom of two (very active!) boys. She joined the Red Tricycle team in February of 2011 as a calendar editor and writer. In 2012, she added the duties of an events marketing coordinator to her title and began representing Red Tricycle on TV and throughout the community.
We are so thrilled to welcome Kristina as our Seattle editor. Kristina will be writing local stories to help you have more fun with your kids, engaging with you on our Facebook page, and of course, continuing to curate the family events calendar. If you’d like to give Kristina a tip about what’s new in your neighborhood, what you’d like to hear more of (or less of), and any Seattle-worthy family news, shoot her an email: Kristina.Moy (AT) redtri.com.
