the scoop:

Are you parenting Queerly? However you define that, we welcome you to meet other families and do a scavenger hunt at Volunteer Park before the Pride Festival. Your RSVP will help us bring enough treasures, but feel free to come along if you forget.

We’ll be following the official temporary geocaching guidelines. (If you’re coming to have fun, please bring a smartphone, a writing device, a tiny item if you want to trade cache’/’treasures’). If you want to help create the scavenger hunt—please contact the organizer.

Basically, we’re going to show up at a particular location, split into teams and see if we can find some (previously-hidden) treasures. The more attendees who RSVP, the more treasures will be hidden. Around noon, everyone will group up all together, celebrate the experience and go about our Saturday. Psst.. there’s a Pride Festival at the park at noon.
