This fun-filled day delights 1,200+ Marin families with over 25 attractions: vintage carnival rides, prize games (cake wheel, pick-a-pop, salami toss, fish bowl), jumpy houses and slides, Panther Café, strolling entertainers, face painting, and more. Admission is free, and tickets are purchased for the rides and games. New features for 2016 include: • Strolling entertainers: Once-upon-a-Song fairytale characters (think Disney princesses and princes) from 11am to 2pm; Sterling the Bubblesmith, who fills the skies with giant bubbles and helps kids create their own bubbles with big floppy wands from 2pm to 4pm, and trick-roping, whip-cracking Karen Quest and her vaudeville comedy show at 5pm • New carnival rides: a walk-through maze Funhouse and the colorful, spinning Samba Balloons. Plus the popular inflatable Wipeout giant ball course. • The expanded menu at the Panther Café features new offerings: bratwurst, BBQ chicken sandwich, Greek salad, curly fries, fine wines, and all-star microbrews.
