Watch the zoo animals dive into their holiday turkey dinners at this annual Turkey Toss event! The turkey treats are part of the zookeepers’ ongoing efforts to help enrich the lives of the zoo’s animals, promote natural animal behaviors and keep the animals mentally and physically stimulated as well as engage zoo visitors.

10 a.m. – Jaguar
10 a.m. –  Lions
10 a.m. – Asian small-clawed otters
10:30 a.m.  Snow leopards
11 a.m. – Maned wolves
11:30 a.m. –  Colobus monkeys
11:30 a.m.- Komodo dragons
1 p.m. – Grizzly bears
1:30 p.m. – Kunekune pigs
1:30  p.m. – Golden lion tamarin monkeys
2 p.m. – Ambassador animals at Alvord Broadleaf Theater
2:30  p.m. – Wolves
2:30 p.m. – Meerkats

Turkey Toss is free with zoo admission. Admission: Adult (13-64) $14.95; Child (3-12) $9.95; Toddler (0-2) Free. Active, retired, and veteran U.S. military and their families, seniors and people with physical disabilities receive an admission discount. Zoo members receive free zoo admission year round. Parking: $6.
