To receive your discount, bring your active military/veteran identification card, discharge papers, DD214s, or any other proof of honorable US military service with you to the Zoo.

Noon daily at Wild Wonders Outdoor Theater: Meet Tahoma the bald eagle! She came to Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium after sustaining a wing injury that left her unable to fly. But she loves people, so she has become an ambassador for her species, which was brought back from the brink of extinction after the pesticide DDT was banned in the 1960s.
1:30 p.m. on Sunday Nov. 12 in upper North Pacific Aquarium: Meet Siesta the sloth, a species from South America that lives in tropical rainforests, eats leaves, berries, twigs and fruit, and spends most of its life upside down.
