We’re wrapping up the end of August with a super-sized dose of family fun. On our radar: a huge party in the streets, a race for pint-sized runners, a cruise around the lake, an annual extravaganza for big (and little) swashbucklers, a celebration with tons of games and a fundraiser for your four-legged pal. Also on tap: The Evergreen State Fair (pictured) kicks off on Thursday with FREE gate admission until 1 p.m. and all National Parks are FREE to enter this weekend.
