Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed: The Rock Experience
In this latest SCT production, Mo Willems is back and once again teaming up with Deborah Wicks La Puma, composer of Elephant and Piggie’s “We are in a Play!,” for this world premiere, rock ‘n’ roll extravaganza. With tail-shaking tunes, empowering messages of individuality and classic Mo Willems humor, this musical is sure to rock both kids and parents alike. Thurs.-Sun. (through May 13). Event details.

Kids Rock Series – Caspar Babypants
Boogie over to the Mount Baker Community Clubhouse for this month’s Kindiependent Kids Rock Series with one of our favorite kindie rockers, Caspar Babypants. Expect lots of high-energy singing and dancing to old faves and newer tunes from Caspar’s latest albums. Sat. Event details.

I Dig Dinos: Be a Paleontologist
Calling all dinosaur lovers! Show off your fossil identification skills at the dig pit, make a rubbing, check out fossils from different eras, solve a dino bones puzzle and make your own puzzle to take home at this month’s I Dig Dinos event. Sun. Event details.

Beat the Bunny 5K Run & Walk (pictured)
Lace up your tennies, dust off your jogging stroller and join other Seattle families for this fun Easter-themed 5K. All participants who beat the bunny to the finish line will receive a prize. And kids 12 & under who participate in the Kids Dash can try their luck at finding an egg with an egg-cellent prize inside. Sat. Event details.

Easter Fun at Fox Hollow Farm
Hop over to Fox Hollow Farm for an old-fashioned Easter egg hunt and plenty of farm fun! Each year, Fox Hollow hides over 40,000 candy-filled eggs throughout their five acres for kids to leisurely hunt around and find. After kids collect their egg quota, they can zoom around the farm on ATV’s, dive into the corn bin, play in the farmhouse village and interact with the Farm’s friendly baby animals (think: baby chicks, ducklings, kittens and bunnies). Annual Egg-tastic Event at KidsQuest Children’s Museum
Head over to KidsQuest Children’s Museum for this annual egg hunt designed for the 12 and under set. In addition to searching for eggs throughout the Museum, kids can play Easter-themed games, make crafts and send eggs through a kid-designed maze. Sun. Event details.
