Bundle up the kiddos and head to the West Seattle Junction for this annual holiday event (now in its 14th year). From 3 p.m.-7 p.m., stroll The Junction and enjoy the Night Market. You’ll find nibbles, drinks, games and deals all wrapped up with holiday flair. Have your pictures taken with Santa at the Santa house; make a wooden snowflake ornament for the tree; pick up your holiday wreath from Holy Rosary; and enjoy cocoa and cookies from Whole Foods and holiday eggnog from Darigold. Psst…be sure to bring diapers for Westside Baby. (You’ll be able to drop them off at the Santa House in the market.)
At 5 p.m., The Junction will presents its 14th Annual Tree Lighting Event. It’s a community event for family, friends and neighbors. The tree lighting will be held in Junction Plaza Park at 42nd and Alaska hosted by Sundae+Mr Gossel. Plus, the Endoylne Children’s Choir will be back again along with Silver Belles and the West Seattle High School Marching Band.
